KEY RESPONSIBILITES: 

  • New Business Development: Build, maintain, and convert relationships with prospective clients.
  • Client Needs Analysis:Match client needs with Atomik’s offerings to drive revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement and refine strategies to attract new business.
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on top-line revenue generation
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technical and strategy teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the U.S. quantitative market research landscape to advise clients and provide actionable insights.

  • Strategic Communicator: Skilled at aligning market research for release (PR Surveys) with client objectives and collaborating with internal operations and Strategy teams.
  • Relationship Builder: Established relationships with brands and agencies.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable in a startup environment, with strong execution skills.
  • Problem-Solver: Adaptable, with a flexible approach to goals.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on managing details and executing efficiently.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:  

  • Experience:2-5+ years in online market research, with expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative market research.
  • Online Market Research Experience: Extensive experience with online research methodologies and panel-based surveys.
  • Industry Expertise: 2+ years of experience in market research sales with a proven track record of selling communications research products to brands and PR agencies.
  • Industry Connections: Strong network within the market research industry.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Qualitative Expertise: Plus, but not essential.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Ambitious, driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales with market research and PR background.
  • Research Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantitative methods, PR surveys, and analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Winmo, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Market Insight: Ability to identify and explore new business opportunities.
